So it’s totally normal if you’re noticing more veins on your breast. First of all the hormones in pregnancy help relax all of your veins, so you might notice them even on your legs or in other parts of your body, and your breasts are getting ready to feed your baby. So you’re noticing them growing, putting pressure on them, and the closer you get to having your baby, the more you’re having more colostrum. Then eventually the milk will come, and so you might notice that even more after you have your baby and your milk has come in. So it’s definitely normal if you’re having any areas that are painful or sticking out a little more than others. Definitely let your provider know.
